bookinglinks Terms of Service
Version 1. Effective date: October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of bookinglinks, a scheduling service operated by Alpha Centauri Technologies Inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or booking through a link, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
bookinglinks lets hosts share booking links tied to their calendars and lets bookers schedule time with them. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
A host must be at least 18 years old and must give accurate information. Hosts are responsible for activity on their accounts, and for keeping their calendar and email connections secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the information they collect from bookers through their links and for how they use it. Hosts must have a lawful basis to collect it, and must respond to their bookers' requests about it. Hosts must not use bookinglinks to collect health information, payment card data, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in booking notes. bookinglinks is not designed or offered for HIPAA-regulated use, and we do not sign business associate agreements.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use bookinglinks to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, impersonate others, interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, or scrape it.
5. Third-party services
bookinglinks connects to Google services. Your use of those services is governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for them.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
7. Fees
bookinglinks is currently free. If we introduce fees, we will give notice first, and paid features will have their own terms.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using bookinglinks or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, or if needed to protect the service, other users, or us.
9. Disclaimers
BOOKINGLINKS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that bookings, invitations, or emails will always be delivered, accurate, or free of conflicts.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.
11. Indemnity
Hosts will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from their use of bookinglinks, their booking content, or their breach of these terms or the law.
12. Governing law and venue
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Monterey County, California, except where the law gives you a different right.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify hosts before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.
